We won Excellence in Marketing and Communication at the Welsh Business Awards, run by the South Wales Chamber of Commerce.
Up against well-established, big organisations from across Wales, to say we were surprised is an understatement...but we were absolutely ecstatic to win!
Our animation for Pedalcover had its official screening.
We’ve been working with Pedalcover Insurance, a unique insurance provider for triathletes and cyclists, since its launch in September 2014.
We’re really pleased with the latest piece of work which went live this week – an animation bringing to life what the company is all about.
Educ8 Training was ranked the third Best Small Company to Work For in the UK according to the Sunday Times.
As you’re probably aware, we love an award! So we were thrilled to hear this fantastic news.
Despite only working with Educ8 for a few months, we can certainly see why they received this amazing recognition.
They’re a lovely bunch, who are not only great at what they do, but really value, reward and recognise the fab team that work there.
Several of our clients were shortlisted for this year’s Cardiff Life Awards. Mrs Bucket Cleaning Services and Wynne Jones IP are finalists in the Professional Services category, Pedalcover Insurance in the Start-up category, the Hare & Hounds Aberthin in both Best Gastropub and Watering Hole, and Penny Farthing Café & Wine Bar in the Best Café category. We’re looking forward to the awards ceremony in City Hall in March.
We hosted the Park Inn by Radisson Cardiff city centre’s relaunch after a £250,000 refurbishment. The hotel’s bar, reception area and 53 of the bedrooms have been given a new lease of life, with further investments being made this year. If you haven’t visited recently, put it on your list – it’s a great venue for holding events and meetings, but also having a drink or nibble ahead of a concert in the Motorpoint.
We spoke at a CIPR Social Shorts event. After scooping a Gold CIPR PRide Award for Best Use of Social Media for our campaign for Artes Mundi 6, we were invited by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations to talk to members about our award-winning campaign. We are really proud of our work on this campaign, so it was great to share some insight and tips with fellow PR practitioners.

We found out who was a Social Guru, who was a Social Spectator and who was a Social Hermit when we carried out social media training at Wynne Jones IP. It was great to spend the afternoon with Wynne Jones’ trademark team giving them the 101 on Twitter and LinkedIn. We look forward to seeing their new skills being put into practice!
We helped Cardiff Bus carry out Random Acts of Kindness around Cardiff. In celebration of National Random Acts of Kindness Day, Cardiff Bus cheered up many of its customers with gifts from Cardiff Blues, The Royal Hotel Cardiff, the Norwegian Church, the New Theatre, the Sherman Cymru and Betty’s florist.
